This is a very quick dessert to make – in fact, it can be made while other dishes are cooking. It is speeded up by setting it in a freezer. Preparation Time: 10 Mins Cooking Time: 5 Mins Total Time: 1 Hr Ingredients For 4 servings… 1 tbs Crème de Cacao 2 Egg whites - beaten stiffly 170 gms Chocolate - dark 230 ml Cream - double 2 tbs Brandy Sugar - icing Method Soften the chocolate over a low heat and beat it vigorously. Whisk the cream stiffly and whip it into the chocolate a little at a time. While still beating, add the liqueur and brandy in drops followed by the sugar -a little at a time - until mixture is sweet enough and has become smooth. Add the egg whites spoonful by spoonful. Tip mixture into glasses and place them in a freezer. When ready to serve, the chocolate cream will have become icily set.
