Preparation Time: 5 Mins Cooking Time: 10 Mins Total Time: 1 Hr Ingredients For 4 servings… 100 gms Chocolate - 70% 3 tbs Coffee - black 1 tbs Kirsch 1 tsp Mint - chopped very finely 4 Eggs - separated For decoration 4 leaves Mint Method Melt the chocolate with the coffee and the kirsch in a pan over low heat, stirring gently until the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and mix in the chopped mint and the egg yolks - one at a time. Let this mixture cool a bit. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Gradually fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites. Spoon the mousse into 4 small dishes and leave in a fridge place to set. Just before serving, decorate each mousse with the extra mint leaves. Wine recommendations Generally, a sweet white wine.
