This version of fraises Romanoff uses Curaçao as the alcoholic flavouring. As a result, the dish does not taste too alcoholic and it would be preferred by those people who are not so keen on alcoholic desserts. It makes an excellent summer lunch dessert. The quantities and method are not at all critical; as long as the dish contains strawberries, whipped cream and alcohol it will work out well! Preparation Time: 15 Mins
