This is a delicious dish in which the bream is served with a red (sweet) pepper and caper sauce.

Preparation Time: 10 Mins

Cooking Time: 15 Mins

Total Time: 25 Mins

Ingredients

For 4 servings…

1½ tbs            Olive oil     

2                    Peppers  - red - diced

2 tbs               Capers  - drained     

2 tsp               Cumin seeds           

2                    Sea bream  

                     Pepper  - freshly ground, black  

                     Salt          

Method

Prepare a barbeque or grill.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan, add the red peppers and fry for minutes until soft.  Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the capers and cumin seeds.  Set aside.

Season the cavities of each fish with some salt and pepper, then brush with oil.  Cook on the barbeque or grill for S minutes on each side.

Re-heat the sauce.  Lift the fish on to a warmed serving dish.

Serve the fishes on to plates, spoon some of the red peppers alongside drizzle a little more oil around

the outside of the plates.

Variations

Instead of barbequing or grilling, the fish may be fried in a little olive oil.
