This sorbet is quick and easy to produce. It has no egg and is full of the raspberry flavour. Serve with dessert. Preparation Time: 15 Mins
Total Time: 2 Hrs Ingredients For 6 servings… 1 Lemon - juice of 450 gms Raspberries 140 gms Sugar - caster Method Purée and sieve the raspberries. Add the sugar, whisk until the sugar has dissolved and add just enough lemon juice to make the flavour sharp. Freeze and beat in the normal way. Mellow the sorbet for about ¾ hour in a fridge before serving. Wine recommendations Conventional Crème de framboise Interesting Crémant de Bourgogne rosé
