Ajillo is a condiment made from olive oil, garlic and parsley, from Spain and the Spanish-speaking world. In some parts of the world it also contains chillies. It is particularly good on fish and prawns. Preparation Time: 5 Mins
Total Time: 5 Mins Ingredients 1 bunch Parsley - flat-leaf, chopped 3 cloves Garlic - chopped finely 75 ml Olive oil Method Put all the ingredients in a jar and give it a good shake. It will keep for some time in a fridge.
