Total Time: 30 Mins Ingredients For 4 servings… 60 gms Butter 12 Anchovy fillets Pepper Salt ½ tbs Lemon juice Method Soften the butter. Purée the anchovy fillets with a mortar and pestle, season and add a dash of lemon juice. Work into the softened butter. Cool.
