This is a particularly interesting version of apple sauce.  It has a strong flavour of the Calvados.  It is excellent with duck but even better with goose.

Total Time: 25 Mins

Ingredients

For 6 servings…

340 gms          Apples  - Bramley - peeled, cored and chopped      

60 gms            Sugar  - granulated   

110 ml             Calvados   

Method

Cook the apples and sugar until soft and add the Calvados.
