This butter is excellent with white fish. It can be used to fry the fish or put on top of grilled or fried fish as a condiment. Preparation Time: 10 Mins
Total Time: 10 Mins Ingredients For 6 servings… 6 drops Tabasco 1 small bunch Coriander - chopped ˝ Lime - juice of 2˝ cm Ginger - root, grated 100 gms Butter 2 cloves Garlic - crushed Method Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until a smooth, vibrant green butter is achieved. Form it into a sausage wrapped in cling film and freeze - or use it straight away.
