This sauce is pretty hot and is lovely on cold meats, kebabs, etc. Preparation Time: 15 Mins
Total Time: 15 Mins Ingredients 2 Chillies - Jalapino - red 70 ml Passata 1 Onion - red - light 2 cloves Garlic - chopped ½ tsp Cumin - ground ¼ tsp Oregano ¼ tsp Salt Method Remove the stalks from the chillies and put them, with all the other ingredients into a food blender. Process until smooth. Store in glass jars. Variations Green jalapeno chillies can be used but then do give the sauce a muddy brown colour. The sauce can be made less-hot but deseeding one or both the chillies.
