This piquant sauce picks up its sharpness from the lemon juice.  It has an oriental taste that comes from the soy sauce but it has a fullness and richness that comes from being reduced down to a tablespoon.  It is excellent served with grilled lamb.

Preparation Time: 10 Mins

Cooking Time: 15 Mins

Total Time: 25 Mins

Ingredients

For 2 servings…

30 ml              Lemon juice            

80 ml              Orange juice           

60 ml              Soy sauce  

40 ml              Stock        

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan and reduce, over a medium heat, down to 1 tbs.
