Zhoug is a vibrant, spicy herb sauce originating from Middle Eastern cuisine - particularly The Yemen. It is also popular in the Levant. Zhoug is fresh, spicy, and aromatic. Total Time: 10 Mins Ingredients For 4 servings… 100 gms Peppers - red - cooked 1 Chilli - red - chopped 1 clove Garlic 1 bunch Coriander - chopped ¼ tsp Cumin - ground 1 tbs Pomegranate molasses Method Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon onto a serving dish or individual plates.
