Zhoug is a vibrant, spicy herb sauce originating from Middle Eastern cuisine - particularly The Yemen.  It is also popular in the Levant.

Zhoug is fresh, spicy, and aromatic.  The heat from the chillies combines with the citrusy tang and earthy herbs, making it an exciting condiment.

Its uses include:  as a condiment for pita bread, shawarma or falafel; mixed into hummus for an extra kick; drizzled over grilled meats or roasted vegetables; as a dip.
