Strawberry and lemon sauce

This sauce is a delicious accompaniment for a number of cold desserts, such as bavarois.

Ingredients

For 8 servings…

150 gms           Strawberries           

2                    Lemons  - juice of     

75 gms            Sugar  - vanilla        

Method

Blend the ingredients for the sauce in a food processor for 10 - 15 minutes.  Pass the sauce through a sieve and serve in a jug.
