Honey vinaigrette with rosemary |

This is a gentle vinaigrette that is pleasantly sweetish. Preparation Time: 5 Mins
Total Time: 8 Hrs Ingredients For 4 servings… 2 tbs Olive oil 1 tbs Honey - runny ½ tbs Vinegar - red wine ¼ tsp Mustard - Dijon Pepper - freshly ground, black Salt 1 sprig Rosemary Method Place all the ingredients except the rosemary in a clean screw-top jar and shake vigorously to combine. Add the rosemary to the jar, re-seal and leave overnight in the fridge. Shake again to emulsify before using.
